The Xbox OS is a modded Windows 10, that's why it natively works with Windows 10 on PC. They would have to build a new platform for Macs from the ground up, and since the market is extremely low, they haven't. Edit: Bootcamp exists on Mac for a reason, this is how you get it to run.
